Difficult Dash 8 landing with the nose landing gear stuck retracted

What happens in this video ?

An All Nippon Airways (ANA) plane carrying 56 passengers and four crew landed safely at Kochi Airport in southern Japan on March 13th 2007 after its nose gear failed to descend. The Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 landed on its rear wheels and progressed down the runway before the nose touched down and some sparks flew. No one was injured.
