April 8, 2022 - Shortly after takeoff, the Boeing 757 cargo experienced a hydraulic failure. The crew decided to return to land at San Jose, Costa Rica. After touchdown, the crew lost control of the aircraft and veered off the runway. The plane ended up in a ditch and broke in two. Two crewmembers were onboard: the captain and the first officer. They both escaped unharmed from the Boeing 757.
