Bell 206LT crash shortly after takeoff

What happens in this video ?

This helicopter Bell 206LT Twin Ranger assigned to the BESCAM (Special brigades of Citizen Security of the Community of Madrid) crashed near Madrid shorlty after take-off on December 1st, 2005. There is no fatality.

Inside the aircraft was Mr Mariano Rajoy, the leader of The Popular party of Spain, perhaps the future president of SpainŽs goverment. Fortunately nobody was hurt although the crash was very serious.
