Boeing 707 hard landing and runway excursion

This Boeing 707 freighter belonging to First International Airways crashed on January 16th 1997 in Kananga Airport, Congo. The plane landed hard and the left main gear collapsed. The aircraft ran off the side of the runway and caught fire. The 5 crew-members escaped without major injury.

This accident description is incorrect, aircraft was operated by Global International Airways, and the accident happened in Brasilia, Brazil
