Runway covered with mud: the Let 410 landing ends badly

This Let L-410 operated by Air Fast Congo was performing a charter flight, on December 28th 2019, from Lubumbashi to Kamina, DR Congo. While landing on Kamina's dirt runway, the plane experienced an unexpected violent pitch up. This was due to the condition of the dirt runway following recent rains. When the nose came back down the nose landing gear collapsed. The aircraft subsequently veered right off the runway. All the occupants escaped uninjured.
One can note on this video the very poor conditions of the runway.
