Tropical Airways Let 410 plane crash

The aircraft departed Cap Haitien for a passenger flight to Port de Paix. Shortly after takeoff, eyewitnesses reported seeing smoke coming from the aircraft's forward door. The aircraft then crashed and burned in a sugar cane field. All 21 passengers and crew members were killed.
