Amazon Prime Boeing 767-300F plane crash

The Boeing 767-300 freighter, operated by 21 Air on behalf of Amazon Prime, took off from San Juan, Puerto Rico, on a cargo flight to Miami, Florida (USA). After landing at Miami International Airport, the aircraft overran the runway, crossed a highway, and struck several vehicles before coming to rest in a parking lot approximately 460 meters (1,500 feet) beyond the end of the runway. A fire subsequently broke out. Five people on ground were killed and five others were injured, three of them critically. The aircraft sustained substantial damage, including a fracture of the right wing.
The Boeing 767 touched down far from the runway threshold, at approximately 4000 feet (1,219 meters) past the runway threshold with about 4500 feet (1380 meters) of runway remaining. The aircraft crossed the runway end at about 112 knots.
At the time of the accident, a thunderstorm was in the area. Winds were from 190 degrees at 17 knots, gusting to 26 knots. The aircraft was landing on Runway 30, resulting in an estimated tailwind component of about 7 knots, increasing to approximately 11 knots in the gusts, together with a significant crosswind component, making the landing more challenging.
