Windshear during landing

What happens in this video ?

This footage was taken from a plane landing at Bern airport Switzerland. It was quite a windy day and wind shear caused the plane to hit the runway hard. The crew had to go-around to regain control.

Having been in a near accident myself...nothing one can do as a passenger, so no point screaming. I enjoyed the show and lived through it.
